I read the star bungs vs star bucks article and I have to say star bucks really made things worse I mean yea Star bungs kinda rip them off espeially with the name but their rivals so of course their gonna try to be like them somehow and to sue them just will just make them lash out more.
I read the Starbucks article as well, I totally don't buy that its unrelated even if all they did was use reference from the original logo. Size shape color, all same. Even the name, you've never found a Star in coffee, how exactly do they just so happen to have that be consistence name to name? Starbug, Starbucks, last 3-4 letters changed. It sells because people mistake one for the other and nobody wants to read anymore. Look at soda companies, Dr Pop, Dr Pepper, people see a look alike and are sold.
